ItemIndex
The zero-based index of the item. The combination of ItemIndex and ColIndex describes an individual cell.
ColIndex
The zero-based column number. The combination of ItemIndex and ColIndex describes an individual cell.
Left
Returns the horizontal position relative to the top, left corner of the tree control. The units used depend on the container (Visual Basic, Visual C++, etc.) and the coordinate system used.
Top
Returns the vertical position relative to the top, left corner of the tree control. The units used depend on the container (Visual Basic, Visual C++, etc.) and the coordinate system used.
Width
Returns the width of the cell graphic. The units used depend on the container (Visual Basic, Visual C++, etc.) and the coordinate system used.
Height
Returns the height of the cell graphic. The units used depend on the container (Visual Basic, Visual C++, etc.) and the coordinate system used.

The GetCellPicturePos method returns the coordinates of a cell's graphic component.
The GetCellPicturePos and GetCellPicturePosPix methods are synonyms, but may use different coordinate systems.
The Cell.GetPosition method returns the overall dimensions of a cell. The Cell.GetTextPosition method returns the dimensions of the cell text.
